  I always bring my van here even though it is 45 minutes away. I trust these guys to get it right and they don’t overcharge me and they don’t mansplain things to me.

  First and foremost, I would like to give a big shout-out to the store manager, Lamont, at Goodyear! I recently had a tune-up and oil change done, and when I got my car back I noticed a vibration that wasn’t there before. Mr. Lamont told me to bring it right back and assured me not to worry because the work was under warranty. Once I dropped it off, they fixed the issue and had my car ready for pickup the same day. Now my baby is riding smooth again! Thank you to Goodyear and Mr. Lamont for standing behind your work. I don’t usually let just anybody work on my car, but they’ve definitely gained my trust.

  Professional, personable and reasonably priced. Called on Tuesday. Tires were in stock and installed on my travel trailer on Wednesday. Highly recommend! 10 out of 10.

  I can’t say enough good things about the Goodyear on Lee Highway in Chattanooga. Every visit reminds me why I won’t take my car anywhere else. Lamont, Todd, and Elencis have earned my complete trust with all my car service needs. They’re consistently prompt, honest, and genuinely committed to doing things the right way. It’s rare to find a team that delivers this level of professionalism and integrity every single time, but they do. Highly recommend.
