  For the life of me I cannot recall the gentleman’s name who helped me. Don’t get me wrong , everyone there has always been great . But I came to swap out trucks a few weeks back , and the customer service rep who helped me has perfected customer service. I’d hop on getting this rep more money before another agency attempts head hunting him for themselves.

  Has always been a great experience with enterprise. But the gentleman that helped me in this particular time was stellar. And should teach a class to others on how to be the definition of customer service. He wasn’t there to do a job. He connected on a more personal level and remembered the conversation we had from the first visit on the return visit which was weeks later. Just a great guy who has perfected customer service. My advice is to give this guy a raise so that another company doesn’t head hunt him a steal him out from under you.
