  Had me waiting for hours then didn't have the vehicle that I wanted put me in something smaller than my own yea I'm upset at this point SMH

  I like that I could leave my car with the Body shop and they are allowed to return the vehicle for me. The employees were all nice and polite and very helpful with all of my questions.

  The people there at enterprise picked me up at the collision center, they already had a car ready for me. The check in was easy and the explanation of the rental agreement was clear. They answered my main question which was how long will I have the car? And they offered to give me a different car if I wanted to change. When I got my car back after the repairs all I had to do was give the fob to the receptionist at the collision center. The car -- a 2025 NISSAN SENTRA was great and fun to drive. The only thing missing was the washer fluid, which I had some, and put it in myself. Overall it was excellent service.

  I just wanted to share how grateful I am for the outstanding service I received from, Rachel Flowers. She always has such a lovely attitude. Always very helpful and making the rental process smooth and stress-free.

  Used your service through a insurance company that was at fault for a wreck that occurred. Everyone was very friendly at the chattanooga location. Was given a f150 that turned out to have a bigger engine than my current one. The truck also did not have floor mats which caused the cleaning process before the return to take more time and cost more. Also, since the engine was larger it sucked down way more gas than im use to. After dropping it off I was contacted, then told that I did not put enough gas in the vehicle and my $25 deposit would be kept and i would still owe $8.91. The deposit thing i guess i get but the fact i had to use more gas than im used to, spend more time and money on cleaning the vehicle that had zero floor mats during a winter storm is ridiculous! I work retail and i know its $8.91 to a large company like yours isnt nothing and then get hounded for it when i have no money.
