  Not all of our visits here have been great, but we’ve learned that anytime Lucas Weir is at the check-in/checkout desk, we know our visit is going to go smoothly. Lucas respects customers’ time, listens carefully to our concerns, and always makes sure everything is noted and communicated clearly. He keeps us updated on anything we need to follow up on, and he treats us like friends, not just customers. Our visits consistently go well when Lucas is there. Thank you, Lucas, for always taking such great care of our family. This five-star rating is given because Lucas always facilitates a professional, informative, and timely visit.

  I’m very pleased with the service and attention I received at Crown Subaru Service recently. We arrived at our appointment time to have the entertainment module updated for an intermittent problem. The service department was very busy but the service coordinator, Matthew White, did get us as next in line after a short wait. He was accommodating and helpful with my time constraint to get the service done within my required time. Very pleased with Matthew’s customer service and get it done attitude.

  Every time I take my car in for service at Crown Subaru Melissa Dalton has been very helpful. Any issues get resolved in a timely manner and Subaru in general has a great product (I have the Outback)
