Mathew White was very helpful! My service required me to leave my car and Mathew provided me with a loaner car at no cost. My problem was covered by warranty, so there was no charge to me for that either. They even washed my car 😊

Crown is the best. They keep you informed with things while you wait. Everyone is eager to please. There is one person that stands out the most and that’s Alexis Stafford. She treats everyone amazing with a smile on her face. She is an exceptional person and is willing to help you any way that she can. I think she will go far with this company given the opportunity. She’s a great asset to the team and I would do anything to keep her happy and at Crown!

I don't normally. take my car to dealerships for service, but I needed something done that had to be done at a Subaru dealer. My experience at Crown Subaru was exceptional. Every person that I interacted with was friendly and professional. My Service Advisor, Alyssa Lupo was beyond helpful and knowledgeable! I will continue to have my car serviced at Crown Subaru because of the way I was treated there. Alyssa Lupo is an awesome representative for the Service Department! I highly recommend.

My service advisor, Lucas Weir, was very professional in all my interactions. He was thorough telling me the stats of my vehicle and also recommended some maintenance items for me to consider. He was also very knowledgeable in answering my questions about the new outback. I’ll definitely be back and would welcome the opportunity to work with Lucas again.

My Subaru Outback 18,000 mile service appointment with Matthew White went very well. Matthew took the extra time to make sure a nail found in one of my tires had not caused a puncture. And he made sure I was aware of the issue and advised me which tire it was and where the tire was located after the tire rotation. He expertly explained the diagnostic information and answered all my questions. It was a great visit in my opinion!
