Gary quickly determined the problem and I chose to get a new battery. The day was really hot and humid. Gary had to work in direct sun to remove and replace the old battery -- and in my SUV that was not easy to do! Even with the problems he encountered Gary remained cheerful and helpful. His professionalism and attention to detail, not to mention the prompt remedy for my problem, will insure that I always go first to Auto Zone for any vehicle problelms I have!
