- DDDavidNov 5, 20255.0Wanted to give a shoutout to Jira (hope I spelled this correctly, forgive me if I didn't). Called the store to see if I could warranty a warped rotor under warranty. They could not find the order, but told me to come up and they would take care of me. Long story short the computer system changed and my order showed online, but not on the stores "records". She went above and beyond on customer service and made sure I was taken care of and told me how to get the warranty situation fixed. One reason I like AutoZone I have had good luck with actually using the warranty's of the parts. Thanks again for customer service when its hard to get that level of caring in 2025, thank you!
