Shana managed to show me, explain the Forester I wanted, and answer all of my questions while also working with another customer. - - The next day, after my decision to buy a Forester (which had to be obtained from the Atlanta area), she quickly and professionally did her part in preparing for the completion of the sale (again while also helping someone else). Never feeling rushed or pressured, either time, I felt good about the experience.

I can’t recommend this dealership enough. I worked personally with Dwayne Pruitt, and he is genuinely kind, honest, and easy to work with. I came in expecting to buy used and gave him a firm monthly budget, and he was upfront that we could actually get into a brand new Subaru Crosstrek for less. It never felt like a sales tactic, just honest guidance, and he made it happen with zero pressure.
He laid out all the options clearly, no hassle, no pushiness.
What really stood out was the care he put in beyond the sale. He personally cleaned my car and took the time to walk me through all the features, making sure I felt comfortable and confident before leaving.
The environment felt welcoming and easygoing, and I never felt judged or uncomfortable at any point.

When visiting Crown Subaru ask for Kelly Carlson! She was an amazing sales person to work with. Kelly knew her stuff, I was very impressed with her knowledge of each car I tried! She knew about the technology in each of the vehicles and she was able to compare and contrast each of the vehicles. Kelly took a lot of time with me, giving me the perfect amount of time to be able to ask any questions I might have. She is confident, professional and very friendly. I felt like I had a new friend. When it comes time for me to purchase another vehicle I definitely would ask for her.
This is one of the most, if not THE most crooked dealership I’ve ever been to. I do not recommend getting your card serviced here, so much so that I think driving an hour or two to any other subaru dealership for a service is much more convenient than getting your car serviced here. They will ALWAYS find an issue at every appointment that makes it either a little bit or a LOT more expensive, even if you’ve kept up with the services given in the owners manual. I’ve owned 3 subarus at this point, so I know exactly how to take care of them, and I have a general understanding of the cars engine and how to tell when something is wrong. Yet, Crown will find a cost worthy problem every single time. Buying a car from here might be okay but I urge everyone against getting a service done at this location.
