  This store is Awesome I was From out of town I needed some parts the Employee that helped me was Very Patient Very Knowledgeable and kind we spoke for a little bit I don’t remember her name but she came from Pennsylvania she said. Auto Zone needs to recognize this Employee. Reg # 02 CSR # 66 Receipt # 186035 3/30/26 hope this information helps identify this Employee. Thank you AutoZone

  Not one person greeted me, I walked the entire store, used the bathroom and passed by several employees and nobody said a word. As I stood at the front to checkout, 2 female managers seemed to be more interested in looking at the computer screen then acknowledging customers. After a 5 minute wait to pay for my items, literally standing in front of them, a girl in a red shirt who was the only one answering phones and ringing out customers helped me checkout. The 2 managers never even acknowledged anything that was going on in the store. Very poor mgmt.
