  Had my alternator break down on Easter Sunday, got it fixed by a local mechanic AutoZone knew by 10am the next day on Monday! Really made the best of it

  The manager was not helpful in the least bit. I didn't know how to change my headlight bulb and the young lady working there tired her best. She went and got her supervisor who said you'll need to take the entire headlight out with tools to change the bulb. Absolutely ridiculous. I watched a one minute YouTube tutorial and changed the lightbulb myself! The manager needs training in customer service. Very disappointed in this auto zone location, speaking for someone who lives 3 hours away and was just trying to get home.

  This place is horrible trash the workers didn’t know how to do there jobs and started to annoy me and one of the workers said let me call my boss and she didnt even bother to look in the back and see if they had a replacement I’m going to o Riley from now on horrible customer service.
