  Go to Zoom and see Bryan Saul! One of the most honest men you will meet. I feel that Zoom Motors is a very honest place to do business. As a certified mechanic I could not recommend enough. Super good people. Go check them out!

  Had a great experience with buying a used car at Zoom Motors with Mike Ingle. He was interested in helping me find the exact type of vehicle I needed. He was very informative and helpful throughout the process. After everything was signed and processed, I was contacted a couple days later with a better % than originally given so I was asked to come back in to sign the paperwork. This saved me more money in the long run. At the same time I informed them that there was an issue with the car and because I had just bought it, they offered the part and repairs at a reduced price. Everyone there was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely choose them again.

  I had a great experience at Zoom Motors in Bristol, TN, thanks to Brad Cook. I recently purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler, and Brad made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to clearly explain the financing and warranty options, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was that he gave me space to make my decision without any pressure, while still being available to answer all my questions. He genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. One thing that really impressed me is that Brad is the only salesman I’ve ever seen who hangs up pictures of the cars he’s sold along with his customers and prints out and hangs his Google reviews. It really shows how much pride he takes in his work and how dedicated he is to his customers. Exceptional customer service from start to finish, I highly recommend asking for Brad if you’re in the market for a vehicle!

  I honestly went out there not even knowing t really what I wanted , but when I got there I was met by Mike Ingle. Instantly the one thing that stood out was, he wasn't following me around hounded me like most people at dealerships do. He was respectful about it and respected my space till I was ready to speak to him. He never hesitated once about anything I asked or needed. He was very helpful for me during the selection process and I am very happy with what I chose thanks to him showing me and letting me drive like 5 different cars. Mike and his fellow associates there were all very comfortable to be around so thank you you all for the hospitality. If you go to Zoom Motors in Bristol Mike Ingle is your guy!!!
