  The guys here are great. They stayed over and got 4 tires put on for my daughter. Only complaint is the strange outsourced answering service. Otherwise, great experience.

  1 STAR – DO NOT GO HERE. They lie and scam you the second you walk in. This place is a total rip-off and they flat-out lie to customers! Their website clearly advertises: "A FREE brake inspection... A FREE written estimate... A FREE ConfiDrive Performance Review" I saw that, trusted them, and made an appointment for my 2008 Honda Accord because my brakes were grinding. I told the guy exactly what was going on. He takes my car in the back, comes out, and tries to hit me with a bill of OVER $1,000+ for brakes and rotors. I told him I’d shop around because I know brakes and rotors for this car are less than $300 online anywhere. Then this guy has the nerve to say: “Okay, but that’ll be $50 for the inspection.” $50 for a “FREE” brake check that took him 30+ minutes to confirm exactly what I already told him I needed?! Are you kidding me?! This is straight-up deceptive and dishonest. They lure you in with “FREE” services and then charge you the second you try to leave without buying their overpriced services/repairs. People of Bristol – DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE. Never let them take your car in the back without getting a firm price quote in writing upfront. They will “find” expensive problems and pressure you. Shop around first and get multiple quotes before letting anyone touch your vehicle. This business needs to be looked into. Charging $50 for a “free” inspection is ridiculous. I have the receipt to prove it. Tech's name is B. Hostetter. Stay far away. You’ve been warned.

  Recommended service requirements were made in a timely manner. The team is always very pleasant and helpful in knowing what services might be required next. I have referred several people to this location to have work completed.

  very sweet and kind customer service, very accommodating!! i had to get a tire replacement and they fit me in their schedule super quick!! :)
