The display of leadership particularly impressive — in how not to handle employees. Consistently a hostile environment for months, and despite raising concerns, nothing was addressed. Communication was inconsistent, accountability selective, and conflict resolution reactive rather than fair. Based on my experience, this is not a place that inspires confidence in transparency, professionalism, or long-term support with employees or customers.
