My brother also has never received the paperwork for him to go get a tag for his vehicle and the service manager there I think his name was John and he was a complete jerk when I called to ask about where his tag was and why he has already had to replace tire on his car he wasn’t helpful at all and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone when my brother got the car he was there all day for like 8 hours
