They don't stand behind their vehicles and are rude at service department. I genuinely asked if they would fix the broken door lock since it was an issue when I got it, just intermittent. I was directly told nothing is broken in that way before I bought it. When I test, drove and bought it, it was warm out. But when it's cold out the door doesn't lock at all and alarm must be disabled.. or if you try to lock the car a few times it will randomly flip out... I let them know immediately about it when it first occurred; within a few days of buying.. buyer beware they don't thoroughly test their vehicles; wash their hands of you once your sign (even with service warranty!), and will charge you to fix it less than a month after you buy it .. Adding insult to injury, main service guy says do you want me to order the part or not rudely. Like I have extra hundreds of dollars to give away right after buying a car.. I like the car but don't understand being treated like that If you buy a vehicle here, test it thoroughly in all conditions and don't expect them to be upfront or be helpful afterwards without forking over more cash of course

Have enjoyed my vehicle greatly, no issues really but one.. the door hasn't locked since I bought it but only when it gets cold out. I was just told I will be paying for it even though it was a problem when they sold it and they say they stand by their vehicles. I was told this was a whole healthy vehicle with no major issues when I bought it. The door not locking is a major issue. When I asked if they will cover it, they asked if I called back the day I bought it.. They are very nice until you have an issue. The service guy kept trying to convince me it was my fault. I work swing shifts so I missed an appt. This shouldn't be relevant to my issue for goodness sake

Bryan Saul was awesome, professional, knowledgeable and caring—he made me feel important and valued. He was thorough and ensured I understood about the car and the extra warranty. He filled the car with gas. He made the car buying process easy and painless. He made me feel comfortable with my purchase.

Bought a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan from here about 4 months ago. Over the last 4 months, we've noticed the transmission declining rapidly. It is now having to be rebuilt which is going to cost me around $4k. I'd love to believe this was coincidence, but after finding glue in the bell housing, it was clear they put a bandaid on it to turn a profit at my expense. Certainly won't be going back as I'm not fond of dishonesty.

The sales service is terrible. When I went to look at the cars, everything was fine, but when I selected the car and the man came over from the administrative area to tell me that I had been approved for 24% APR...???? I was stunned... I said, sir, but I don't have credit yet... I knew I hadn't even given him my SSN... He said it's direct credit with us. He look my latino face...they usually do this, I know others persons payin 29%. No, sir, I have my bank, and legal documents. I sent you the documents to apply and I did it with Eastman at 8% APR. That's not all. In my second year of trying to renew the tag, my car had problems...it had been sold with the same title in NY. I spent three months on the phone and visiting the DMV until I got an answer. My title came from a mafia network, according to the DMV, and had been sold six times before 🙃 with other cars, and my car had only had 1 owner according to Zoom M record. But what I want to summarize is that these people are negligent, they don't help you, they don't look out for your interests as a customer, they just want to sell and screw you over. I would add that I visited them three times in person, and two of those times they told me that the gentleman wasn't there and that he would call me, but he never did. I would never buy from them again.
