  We have bought our 2nd car with Cody, on in 2024 and one yesterday. We still have the car from 2024, we just needed an updated car for a second. Cody walked me thru the process thru the phone and text messages and had me approved with a great interest rate before we even got there. Our first car we had an issue last year; however, with the extended warranty we got with the car, the service crew took care of it and had my car ready in 2 days. All around, everyone at Zoom Motors of Bristol are wonderful. Thank yall so very much.

  The sales service is terrible. When I went to look at the cars, everything was fine, but when I selected the car and the man came over from the administrative area to tell me that I had been approved for 24% APR...???? I was stunned... I said, sir, but I don't have credit yet... I knew I hadn't even given him my SSN... He said it's direct credit with us. He look my latino face...they usually do this, I know others persons payin 29%. No, sir, I have my bank, and legal documents. I sent you the documents to apply and I did it with Eastman at 8% APR. That's not all. In my second year of trying to renew the tag, my car had problems...it had been sold with the same title in NY. I spent three months on the phone and visiting the DMV until I got an answer. My title came from a mafia network, according to the DMV, and had been sold six times before 🙃 with other cars, and my car had only had 1 owner according to Zoom M record. But what I want to summarize is that these people are negligent, they don't help you, they don't look out for your interests as a customer, they just want to sell and screw you over. I would add that I visited them three times in person, and two of those times they told me that the gentleman wasn't there and that he would call me, but he never did. I would never buy from them again.

  I have to say they made this the best experience I have had dealing with buying a car. I started online with Jessica a when I got there the next day dalton was the one who helped us. He was kind friendly a some everything he could to help make it possible to get. Thank you so very much for the amazing opportunity an experience.

  Didn't buy anything so I can't say much about them but personally not very impressed. I had a couple interactions both going in and by phone. Wasn't going to leave a review but after texting stop I got a call from them which I answered. The lady on the phone seemed offended at the suggestion that I didn't want to pay a $900 Doc fee and a $300 paint fee on a cash sale for a used vehicle. I get I was shopping cheap it's not personal I'm just not paying an extra $1200 in fees on a cheaper vehicle. All you need to say is that you can't do that proceeding to tell me how much inventory you move and what a big business you are is ridiculous there's used cars piled up everywhere I'm not that desperate to buy your inventory. That said I'm sure they have some cars that are excellent deals even with the fee. The phone call after I texted stop just put me in the frame of mind to not look here in the future. After the interaction on lot and the interaction on the phone I can't say I recommend them.
