Great experience buying a new Toyota over the phone with a great salesman Ron Walsh. Drove over 3 hours to pick it up. This dealership goes above and beyond in my opinion. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone!!! Thanks Toyota of Bristol.

I highly recommend Toyota of Bristol! I purchased a car from them 12 years ago and it's still the car I drive today, but I wanted something different so I bought a new car this weekend and the process was so easy! The salesman Jordan Cross was very helpful and friendly and so easy to work with. He even entertained and joked with my kid and made the whole experience wonderful! The car I purchased was in much better shape than cars of the same year and model at surrounding car lots for the same price. I definitely recommend Toyota of Bristol and will be purchasing from them again in the future.

My truck broke down on Sunday and I had it towed to Toyota Bristol to be worked on, firstly I had to call them on Monday to ask if it made it there and was being worked on. I was told by the worker on the phone that it hadn’t but they would get it in the system and start working when they could. The next day after getting no update on if work had begun I called again to see they had started. They had not started yet or got it in the system, so they got it in the system with me on the phone and they began working on it. The next day they called me and told me that there was a $120 fee because they ran the diagnostic and told me that my battery was bad and my rear brake system was bad. I asked them if a test was run on the alternator which I believed was the main failing point. I was told it was checked and only the battery and the brake system had to be repaired. I had my office call and set up payment options with toyota bristol and everything seemed fine. I was told the repairs were done and that I could pick it up Saturday. I get there Saturday around 3:00pm and start moving things out if the rental I had and began driving home which was several hours away. At around 4:30 the battery light in my tundra turned back on, I called and asked what could be done and was asked to bring it back so it could be worked on again Monday, I was to far away from the dealership. I asked even if I was able to bring it would I get rental or loaned car and was told no mangers are available on the weekends and it couldn’t be done. My questions are
Is the diagnostic not re-run after repairs are made
Do the vehicle get test run before customer are told repairs are finalized
And why is it acceptable to leave customers without option do to lazy/subpar work done.
If management would like the names of who I spoke with feel free to contact me

My son bought a vehicle here and the vehicle he traded in was upside down. He took GAP insurance when he financed it through Toyota. This vehicle was totaled in a wreck. His insurance paid their part leaving money due from Gap. When he talked to the finance person at Bristol Toyota that he can't get Gap to pay he said that was up to Gap. If Bristol Toyota sells this product they should stand by it. If the company they deal with for Gap insurance isn't reliable they shouldn't soll this product. DON'T BUY GAP INSURANCE FTOM BRISTOL TOYOTA.
