  I received some free car wash coupons back at the end of summer so took advantage of one of the washes. When we arrived there was no one manning the entrance, you could see a worker speaking with a driver at the wash entrance as they were looking at her car. He motioned for me to hold on and came over a few minutes later to say that the car holding up the line had been damaged in the wash so would be a few minutes until could get them out of the way and inspect the line before anyone else could come through. At this point I couldn't leave as other cars behind me. I was surprised he motioned for all of us to go through the washer without inspecting the car wash line due to damages that he claimed the other driver caused due to them putting their foot on the brake during wash. I went through along with 2 others who were immediately behind me past the pay gates. All 3 of our cars had damage. I spoke with Evan who was still dealing with the other driver's damages. He along with another man came to look at my car, one couldn't understand why I was upset about the seal being ripped off the top of my windshield, which was hanging down in my line of sight. They tried to cram it back in but the damage was done and couldn't be fixed. Where this piece was beating my vehicle during the wash, it had left marks all over the windshield and top off car that first looked like had scratched the top of the car but Evan was able to clear the marks off with a cleaner and towel. They asked if I wanted to file a report which I did. They took all my contact & vehicle information into their tablet along with photos. Evan had us come inside their control room while he tried reaching his manager and to look at footage. Manager didn't answer and he said since he had several cars with damages, it would take awhile to review the footage. I insisted on Evan giving me a number to contact along with his managers name to reach them about my claim, which he wrote down. His manager Jonathan nor any other representative contacted me back regarding the damages or my claim. I tried several times to call them but never got a answer. I even stopped by but told manager not there and only the manager could address my concerns. I ended up having to replace my windshield as there were some scratches and couldn't risk it to start leaking since the extra seal was damaged and had to be removed since it was jerked off half of the windshield. I'm highly disappointed with the manager and owner for not addressing my damage claim. I wouldn't recommend this carwash to anyone unless you want to risk damages. This was probably the most aggressive car wash I've ever gone to compared to other local carwashes. They should have not let any other drivers go through the wash since multiple vehicles with damages until it could be shut down and inspected. It looks like I'm not the only unhappy patron with damages and no accountability for the this business. Buyer beware

  Nice to have a place to do a dually truck. Most don't offer that. Seth did a great job helping us and cleaning our floor mats

  Seth was amazing. He was so helpful. Thank you so much. He offered to wash our floor mats because they wouldn't fit in the machine. He brought them back spotless.
