- TMTerry MooreNov 6, 20255.0Had a flat tire from tool in the street, put on the spare and went to see it the tire could be repaired. The rep said it was too close to the sidewall so I would need to replace it. They did not have one in stock but could have one in by noon the next day. I set the appointment for 1 pm. Arrive on time, the technician had the spare removed and the new tire mounted and replaced in about 40 minutes. Great job.

Bryan made sure my car was picked up by the tow truck and delivered to the dealership. Great customer service!!

A very helpful 24 hour guy came out, tried to help, but couldn’t get it, so he followed me to Tire Choice in Bristol, the 2 guys working that morning, Lucas & Brian went above & beyond for me, so I could get back on the road, get home, I had been traveling over 30 hours. I’m grateful to them both. You as an employer, should be grateful to. 💯
