  Dropped in to have a tire repaired without an appointment. I was in and out in a very short time even tho other customers were there.

  Horrible. Took my car to get a simple procedure done and left with my car barely able to run. These guys actually DAMAGED parts on my car when there was literally no reason to. I had to get my regular mechanic to fix all the crap they broke. Leaving this review because they wanted my feedback, well here it is. I will be contacting y'all for compensation because this was totally unacceptable. If you're gonna try to scam somebody, you might want to make sure they aren't also a mechanic. Wasted $400 with these guys to walk away with (at least) $1500 in damages. Make it make sense!

  Stopped into Tires Choice this extremely cold afternoon. My tires were low and I'd been waiting for a week for it to warm up to put air in the tires. I went in and asked the guy behind the counter if they might have time to put air in my tires. He said it would be a couple minutes, to go back to my car and when a bay door opened pull up to it. Barely got my car started and a door went up. A young man came out with a hose, checked how much air my tires needed, filled them. ln less than five minutes I was on my way and my worst nightmare gone. Will recommend you guys as often as I can...... Thank you

  Had issue with front driver side window. Took car in, they got the window up and said switch was working now. Was advised it could malfunction again but seemed to be fine. Paid $54. No problem. In conversation,to my recollection, Rep said for a little over $100 the problem could be fixed. I agreed and set an appointment. Per research that was reasonable. Was told job would take approximately 1 hour but it took 2hrs. When car was ready, I was hit with a bill for over a thousand dollars. After further discussion, a discount was applied. Final cost $900+. Still ridiculous.I haven't found one shop that would have charged that for a window motor/regulator replacement. Feeling very taken advantage of right now.
