First of all, the service was not done properly—they were unable to remove the oil filter, which is hard to coming from such a well-known company. On top of that, the manager who assisted me was extremely disrespectful and treated me poorly throughout the visit. Customer service should be a priority, especially when things don’t go as planned, but that was definitely not the case here. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

- RWRyan WhiteMar 29, 20265.0I called them as a hail mary because I was trying to change the oil on a 97 Volvo I just purchased which I found to have a stripped/rounded oil pan bolt. Every mechanic I called told me they’ll want to do the entire oil pan which is a very expensive job. Well the guys at this Valvoline Instant Oil deal with it regularly and they let me bring my own oil, own filter, and own oil pan bolt. They extracted the stripped bolt and threw on the new one I brought and proceeded with the change. I was out for just $50 that was a major life saver! Friendly people, highly recommend!
- MPManish PatelMar 28, 20261.0On March 28 at 8:15 am after oil was changed I spoke with the manager Addian politely and explained that I usually pay $35 since I bring my own oil and filter. However, he told me the price would be $65. I requested him to check my previous invoices, but he refused and said the price would not change even I see $35 in previous change. When I expressed my disappointment and said I wouldn’t be coming back, his response was that he didn’t care. He literally told me he don’t care. It’s very disappointing to see this kind of attitude from someone in a managerial position. I have 4 cars and I was long time customer here but I will not be returning here again for 100% sure.
