Had one little snafu at the very end, and they handled it seamlessly and even delivered car to my home, so I would not have to make a second trip back to the shop. Jeff and Joel are great guys and the entire staff is very nice and helpful. Small town service and relationship in a big city is hard to find and these guys have it figured out!

My wife recently had someone run into the front driver’s side of her Range Rover, and the damage looked pretty significant at first. Naturally, we were expecting a long and expensive repair process. From the moment we walked in, the team at TriStar was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They got us in quickly, took a close look, and to our surprise, the damage wasn’t nearly as bad as we thought. Before we knew it, they had everything buffed out and repaired and it honestly looks brand new! The quality of their work and their honesty throughout the process really stood out. We’re extremely grateful for how smoothly everything was handled. Truly an incredible experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend TriStar to anyone in need of body work. Thank you again!

- LMLauren McIntireMar 14, 20261.0Very frustrating experience. The shop actually contacted me and asked if I could drop my car off earlier than scheduled, which I did. Unfortunately, my car then sat there for 10 days with no work done. When I followed up, I was told they were having “issues in the shop” and that it would take another 14 days to complete the repair. After already waiting 10 days with no progress, that was unacceptable. I understand delays can happen, but asking a customer to bring a car in early and then letting it sit for over a week without starting repairs or giving clear communication is very disappointing. I ended up picking up my car and taking it elsewhere.
