  Outrageous pricing, they wanted $160 to reset TPMS which takes maybe 5 minutes. There are many other tire shops in the area that will install and program sensors for less

  Super nice and pleasant. Had a great experience. Clyde helped save me money on a part, and honored a coupon I received for free oil change that had expired.

  I waited on site more than an hour for an oil change that I had an appointment for. A basic oil change. Finally I went up to the counter and asked how much longer and let them know I’d been waiting an hour already. The guy literally could not give me an answer. Kept throwing out colloquialisms rather than actual time limits. Finally I said my car isn’t in the garage so has it not been started or is it finished. It was in fact done but he needed to call me to make suggestions for added flushes. I told him just the oil change and I’d like to go-10 more min of pandering and I finally get my key. Over an hour after I arrived, with an appointment time, I finally get to leave. Literally nothing extra was done-didn’t even add air to my back tire that I mentioned was lower (they put 4 new tires on last month). I will never go back for an oil change.

  I try to use mom and pop shops for tires and interactions like the one I had today are why. Knowing that my tread is getting close - I stopped in in a pinch to get a failed plug patched. They wouldn’t do it for safety reasons, which I understand. The guy behind the counter had no cordial ability and didn’t even begin to try to sell me a tire or tires, for that matter. I even told him I was in the market. Money in my pocket and he let it walk out the door to go somewhere else. Go down the street to a local shop with people that are connected to the community. They’ll treat you better

  Deceptive pricing. I checked the prices online and put two tires in the cart. Got to the store and the quote was more than $125 per tire more. I mentioned it to the clerk and he explained that it was $50 more per tire because I was only buying two and an additional $75 per tire installation. So I went back online and changed to a different store. Put two tires in the basket. Went all the way through the transaction and the tires were more than $100 less at a different location. Installation price was different. There was no charge for only getting two tires. They lost a customer before they even got one as this is pretty close to my house and I probably would have been a regular. Definitely not now.
