My wife came to visit. Borrowed my truck. Asked her to get an oil change. She did. (And this is where it gets dumb) A 2.4 liter Toyota motor takes 4.5 quarts of oil. You guys put in 5.8. And charged me xtra. And, to boot, charged $9.99 for shop supplies. I didn’t realize any of this til I was burning oil on thee engine block because the pressure generated in the motor blew out the spark plug tube seals. Thankfully, I used to turn wrench in Antarctica on diesel equipment and can still do some things. I don’t like the fact that I paid your establishment for a service that you failed at accomplishing. And, the fact that I not only had to remedy a bad oil change, but also had to put in new plugs, wires, valve cover seals and tube seals. Please have management contact me. I would love to be compensated for this inconvenience.
