The battery was still under warranty, but they didn’t have the battery in stock to replace it for me. They got my number and the next morning called me and they drove across town to get the battery for me once it arrived at another facility. They called me and asked me if I would like to come get it or if I needed them to deliver it to my house. This is customer service at its finest. I have been a customer at this location for 3 years now and will continue because of this exceptional customer service.
