I was first was greeted by October who quickly and kindly helped me get quoted and scheduled. Then I was helped by Courtney who assisted me during the repair process. He kept me up to date on all the repairs and accurately quoted me the correct timeline for pickup. My Acura was even washed and detailed upon arrival. It’s almost like they took a magic eraser to my car and wiped the accident away. I cannot thank TriStar for all their help. I will be using them for myself, my own customers, and my family going forward.

- CMCharles MullinsNov 18, 20255.0A few weeks ago, one of my sons back his car into another car in our driveway. As a result, it pushed in the corner of the back bumper, and this also caused the back lower corner panel to unsnap. My wife and I decided we just wanted to try to get the bumper dent popped out and then snap the lower corner panel back in. I took the car to one repair shop and informed them of what my wife and I wanted done to the car. Finally received an estimate the next day; however, they wanted to replace the whole back bumper which was costly. So, I then went to TriStar Collision of Brentwood and was assisted by Jeff. I informed him that I just wanted to see if the bumper dent could be popped out, thus allowing corner panel to be snapped back in. Jeff understood and asked if I could wait 10-15 minutes. He drove the car into the repair area while I waited. In just a few minutes he drove the car back out and sure enough the bumper dent was popped back out, and the corner panel was snapped back into place. It looked great! I told Jeff, it was just what I wanted done and let's go back inside so I can get you paid. Then Jeff said, no charge......that it only took about 10 minutes and they were happy to take care of the problem. So, thank you TriStar Collison for a truly wonderful experience!!!!
