- BCBryan ClaytonJan 5, 20261.0I had all 4 tires replaced on my vehicle a month ago and I was in town for the holidays. One of mechanics noted another problem with an axle and quoted me a price. I thought the price was fair and returned for the service after scheduling in-advance weeks before. I showed up at my scheduled time (8am) and the person checking me in started scrambling because they did not have the required part at the shop. He proceeded to get an attitude with me as if I was wrong for showing up at my appointed time and expecting my vehicle to be worked on. He finally dead able to find the part and I received a call 5 hours later asking me to come in for a service that required half a day’s work, yet they close at 4pm. Long story short, I did not get the service completed at that shop because they wasted 5 hours of my time, especially considering that o came from out of state for the service. The same staff member then calls me this morning to ask what he should do with the part. Strange question considering that I’m not a mechanic and no longer have a need for the part.

The very kind gentleman ensured me they were all low, most likely due to the colder weather, aired them up for me, and sent me on my way. I felt much better getting back on the interstate.

Two days prior, I had new tires installed in a DIFFERENT SHOP and the faulty valve stem had been leaking for days and continued to get worse. Tire Discounters Brentwood had me out the door in 30 minutes and didn't charge me a cent! Thanks to Antonio (if I remember correctly) and the entire crew there! First class and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
