As a long time Jiffy Lube customer, I already had trust in the company to do a straightforward service. However, my first experience this past week in this location set a new standard apart from all of my previous services and various locations and here is why: 1. I was greeted promptly upon arrival and given a reasonable wait estimate by Scott & Donald. 2. Once Scott directed me into the garage for service, the staff was proactive and communicative. I was really impressed by the teamwork between Scott and Diana for being so young. They were mature, professional, and very knowledgable. 3. I casually mentioned that I may need fluids topped off and the tire pressure checked. I didn't expect them to go out of their way to follow up on those things, but they did. Their team not only worked together to perform my oil change, but were informative regarding tire rotation, pressure checks, and fluids. 4. They didn't just change my oil and send me off. They were throughout and took the time to check my engine filter and air cabin filter. 5. They didn't need to push products or services in order for me to invest in services. Their professionalism, teamwork, and communication increased my trust and made me more inclined to pay for all the necessary services, including the oil change. To me, this is what builds credibility and long term customers. I appreciate the above and beyond approach they took to their work and will most certainly be back to this location in the future!
