After my service, I suddenly had 5 safety warning lights on that didn't exist prior to my arrival. Somehow the speed sensor on my passenger front tire got cut shutting down all my safety systems (ABS, anti-slip, trailer brake, etc.). When I brought my car back that day to discuss with them, they told me the lights were already on. If they truly were on at the time they started service, it is disappointing that they did not review the major safety concerns with my while discussing vehicle condition and other add on services that were needed. After a bad day that made it so I was out $550 for the new repairs and had to cancel a pre-paid travel trailer trip with my family (I had brought my Durango in for an oil change before we were departing), I got the added bonus of speaking with their GM. He was not kind and had simply decided that I was incorrect. He had no care or concern that his team did a poor job servicing a long-term customer.
