- BLBoss Lady1 day ago1.0See attached review. First final review of 120 days in October 2025 violation in August. Second final review of 120 days COMPLIANT. Third final review of 120 days in January 2026, they came up with a violation from June 2025 which is way past 120 history. Car was in the body shop. Due to them changing times of violations and 3 different responses from 3 reps in 20 minutes I started recording phone calls. They changed the time of violation and told me my Car was started at a time the body shop confirmed battery was dead. I got on live chat the rep confirmed my 2 calls on the day of the alleged violation in June and that it was power interruption and syncing issue then when i asked specifically about the violation sent to the state, the rep stated it was NOT a violation. Intoxalock is telling state incorrect information(I have screenshots of conversation) in order to extend my lease and collect 4 additional months of fees. I’ve reported them to the BBB and the state of Tennessee. Provided documentation of my claims to both.
