Within a couple of months, I started noticing issues with my car starting again. I thought surely it’s not my battery. I just bought a new battery and I was even up sold to a higher end battery. I ended up taking my car into my Acura dealership to see Shirley. It was another issue not the battery that they needed to run diagnostics on. Turns out the battery was a dud. So I had Acura replace my battery and they gave me the battery I bought From this advanced auto parts back so that I could return. When I went into the store, there was a female manager with long dark hair who was extremely rude. She told me they do not give refunds since the battery has been in my car for so long. It’s been three months. I reminded her batteries are supposed to last for years and I had already purchased a new battery from Acura. Which again I thought surely it wasn’t the battery, my battery was BRAND NEW! She had a horrible attitude and was extremely rude. told me there was nothing she could do other than install a new battery. Meanwhile I’ve had my car not start on me two different times while I was out and about and got fortunate enough that there were people around me who were able to jump my battery. I just felt like a manager at a store like that would understand how huge of an inconvenience that is and have a little compassion and understanding that they sold a faulty product. I I would understand, even if I came in maybe a year in, however, it’s literally been less than three months before I started having issues.
