  If you are planning a trip to the Tri-City area please rent you next vehicle from National Rent-Car Rental. I gave them a 5 star rating because they go out of the way to please their customers!

  Since this is a very small regional airport, this location of National Car Rental is a counter-service-only type (which isn’t what us top-tier loyalists expect and enjoy about National). Service was pretty decent and though there were 4 people in front of me, I didn’t wait long. Also, the young lady at the counter gave me what I needed in a vehicle, which was a mid-size SUV. The car was great, nicely cleaned and in great working order. Returning was simple; they weren’t open, but I took my key inside and dropped it in the box. Overall, regardless of them not having the Emerald Isle, the rest of this experience is why I choose to only rent from National!
