  Bartlett location is THE BEST!! James & Garrett were Great! I drive from Fayette County to use Bartlett location! Love getting the coupons in the mail!

  During an oil change, instead of checking tire pressure and adding air to a tire, they let air out of my tire! Then I checked oil level once I got home and allowed engine time to cool. They had overfilled with oil 😬! I think 3 stars is more than deserved but usually they do a great job. I’m giving the benefit of the doubt here but hope they’ll take these remarks seriously and improve!! They’re my go-to place for oil changes and new wiper blades!

  The staff and company is great but what’s not so great is the creepy manager James… I’ve made SEVERAL reports to this company over the last year and still surprised this person is still here. He’s creepy towards women, always seems very too open with the customer and likes to lean into the car with you and it makes me and a few others I’ve seen in the comments about this same issue, UNCOMFORTABLE. I will not be returning to this location.
