  I found out I was paying for someone else's car as well as my own. If they can't keep some type of security on their records, I won't use them.

  Great CarWash and good vacuum machine. They also have towels to clean the interior of your car.

  I visited this location because my vehicle needed cleaning and I expected a quality car wash experience. However, I encountered repeated issues with the equipment. As my vehicle approached certain sections of the wash, the machines would frequently stop functioning during previous visits—whether it was during the soap application or when the motorized sponge-like brushes were in use. Initially, I assumed this may have been an isolated incident. However, upon returning on the evening of March 22, 2026, I experienced a more serious issue. During the wash, the equipment nearly caught and damaged my vehicle’s side mirror, posing a significant risk. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend using this location or Take 5 Car Wash services in general. Additionally, the brushes make harsh contact with the vehicle, which could potentially result in paint damage or dents.
