The salesman did not ask which type of oil I wanted, making me use full synthetic without my consent. I had planned to use the cheaper option this time but was not given the choice. I caught him trying to put in fuel additive without my consent, claiming that this was standard practice. He also did not provide me with the manufacturer & Valvoline recommendations like I would typically receive after service. According to the invoice, he claims I’m leaking oil, but I was not told this in person. Our car was not leaking oil before. This has never been a problem. If it is leaking oil now, I fully believe it’s because of these employees. I have absolutely no trust in the quality of service I received, and would not be surprised if this location ruined my car. This man did not want to help, he wanted to just do whatever he could get away with doing to my car without my consent to force a sale. I usually use the Millington location and I regret choosing the Whitten Rd location for today’s service.
