I’m not exaggerating when I say that my experience at the Bartlett Enterprise is the best I’ve ever had at a rental car company! Service was lightning fast. Communication before and during the rental period was appreciated. Jacob and Kennedy were both professional and pleasant!

I reserved a car in October for November 25 and they call me the day before and said they had a recall on all their vehicles but that was a lie . When I called the company they said I called and canceled but I did not . Someone at that store gave our vehicle away to someone else . We are so disappointed. We would never use them again or recommend to anyone .
