From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make the rental process smooth and stress-free. Caleb was professional, friendly, and truly cared about making sure I was satisfied with my rental. He explained everything clearly, helped me get exactly what I needed, and made the whole experience quick and easy. It’s rare to find someone who takes customer service this seriously — Caleb definitely sets the standard! Anyone else i delt with just didnt really help out
- ABAnna ButlerSep 22, 20251.0Went up there last Thursday and was told cars might be available MONDAY!! First, I walked in upset and asked him to give me a second. He literally started yelling across the store asking my name to look up the reservation. When I collected myself, I went to the desk. He was rude. I asked him how can you not have cars for half a week? He said well you can go anywhere with that reservation. I called half a dozen Enterprises. None had cars. I could pick up one for an extra fee at the airport or go to HORN LAKE, MS almost an hour away. That was the closest car. In a different state 🙄 I called back Monday to ask if cars would be available today. My car is in the shop and insurance was forcing me to go here. I can't even get anyone to answer the phone!! How can you have a car rental agency without having any cars?!?!?! Anyone seen those new enterprise commercials?? What a joke. Do yourself a favor and rent literally anywhere else.
