  Manger was giving me a hard time , my insurance paid for my rental which my car was totaled , i already was stressed about that the manger gave me a hard time wouldn't let me add my card to pay for more days which all he had to do was remove the old card and just let me pay with my other card just too much stress i recommend a different location if u want a smooth process

  I'm not sure but I think this car came from a junkyard. in Bartlett on Highway 64. I picked up a rental on January 21st while my truck was being repaired. The car I was given had multiple alerts (low tire pressure, oil change needed, no washer fluid), it was filthy inside and out, smelled strongly of marijuana and gasoline, and had a hole in the backseat. I walk back in and asked are you sure this is my car. Thought maybe I was given somebody's personal keys. I was told yes it's the only one available and you're concerns are noted. I had to add air to the tire every couple of days and continued to report the vehicle’s condition. Each time, I was told it was the only car available. I also attempted to contact customer service and was told a regional manager would call me back, which never happened. I repeatedly had issues renewing my reservation due to broken online links and had to call the store instead. Despite several conversations, the same employee later claimed this was the first time he’d heard of any issues. Unsafe vehicle, poor communication, and no accountability. I would not recommend this location.

  From start to finish I experienced nothing but efficiency and professionalism at this location. Pick up and drop off was quick and easy and I was walked through the entire process without a hitch. The only problem I had, a nail picked up in 1 tire, was handled quickly and I was back on the road with minimal delay. Not only will I use this location for my needs in the future, but I will suggest and recommend them to anyone in need of a rental. Thank you to the entire staff. Well done, very well done.

  The customer service at Bartlett and Appling location was excellent. The process of renting a car was smooth and easy and my rental was ready when I arrived. During checkout the team members were polite and went over the vehicle inspection with me and noted everything that was wrong on the vehicle before renting it to me. Definitely will be back to rent again.
