I would give a zero star if I could. I ran my truck through the wash after paying for a monthly subscription and it honestly made my truck look dirtier then it was before. This was a waste of money and my time. It did not wash the top of my truck at all. I am at home washing my truck now since this wanna be car wash did a really bad job. They need to shut it down.

Straight to the point. I got the 16 dollar wash with the tricolor wash and such. There's a $10, $16, $27 and something else I have forgotten. It did pretty well. It's basically useless for wheels that require more attention to detail so keep that in mind. Otherwise, it's exactly what it advertises.

Just returned from this location after having a bit of an unpleasant experience today, 11/6 at 7PM. Background: I have been a member of this location before it was even bought out by Take 5, as such, I do not have a "Take 5 Membership account". This is important as will be seen. I just bought a new car, and I needed to update my payment method and add this new car to my account and remove the old one. I arrived at 7:10 PM, which I do understand was after hours, I was not expecting to get the things above done as it was after hours, I just had a quick question for someone there. There appeared to be two men working, I approached one and said "Hey there." and he immediately cut me off with "We're closed, sir." to which I replied, "Yes, I understand, I have a quick question though and won't take but a few seconds. I just got a new car and-" to which he cut me off again, "We're closed, sir." At this point I realized he was being a bit of a prick about it so I said a bit more forcefully, "I *know* you are closed, you just said that." he then said "We're closed, sir. We're just trying to wrap things up and get out of here, if you have any questions please check the website." So I just walked away at this point. Look, I'm 30 years old, I'm not some old person complaining about younger people these days, and I worked 4 years through college in the customer service industry at CVS, I get where the dude is coming from, I've been there. I'm not trying to get anyone fired or anything. I can tell you this, despite being tired many nights, if someone pulled up in the drive-through after hours, I would greet them politely and say, "Hey just letting you know we are closed." but if they had a quick question, I'd at least give them the courtesy of hearing them out and if I could I'd give them an answer and see them on their way and if I couldn't immediately help them at that time, I would then tell them to come back and see me first thing in the morning and I could help them then. The reason I had to ask is because I was one of those customers who was ported over from CarWash USA, I don't have a Take 5 membership account. If I did I would gladly update things online, but I didn't know what to do. I just wanted to know if it would be quicker for me to come to this location *the next day when they were open*, or if I should call corporate. I was passing by at the time, and I thought I'd pop in really quick when they weren't inundated with customers. There was no need to be a dick about it. I don't expect carwash attendants to act like maître d's at the Ritz Hotel, but come on, this did not have to go down like that. I'm just a bit shocked because everyone here has always been nothing but nice to me.
