When there is no one in line everything is great, but because this particular car wash only has one line it can get backed up pretty bad! There needs to be a different policy when signing up a new customer somewhere outside of the single line! It is bad enough with a line of non-members paying for individual washes! Really really slow!

The main reason I went was to use the interior self service but was going to buy a wash to be fair. I brought the two vehicles to the attention of two employees and the manger. The manager said unfortunately we can't do anything about that. I replied well I don't want the wash I'll just go through your exit and use the vacs for free. She replied, you can't do that. I replied the hypocrisy of your statement, what about them. She replied, you don't know if they're Members or not, I said neither do you! She replied, we try to manage our Parking lot the best we can... I said we'll try harder. Why should I pay and not them. I don't want the wash let me through. This place will let you use their vacuums for free. Don't worry about paying for the wash. Just go through the exit to the vacuums like others do. Save yourself $12 - $20. If you need a wash go down the street to Glide Xpress. Actually, just go to Glide Xpress for the quality PERIOD... Polite helpful staff, a car wash that is always fully functional, better parking lot, auto carpet mat cleaner, lower cost.... It's just BETTER in every way.
