Why was I required to but they weren't? I will be canceling and going else where one rule should apply to all

The upgraded vacuums are the best I've used and the detail center with free sprays and microfiber cloths is a great perk. Pro tip: might as well get the monthly membership because it will pay for itself in like 1-2 visits then you can come everyday if you want.
