I was very impressed with the service that I received at Dobbs Brothers Chevrolet. I brought my vehicle in to the service department because of a problem that I was experiencing. They checked it out for me and notified me that I could pick up my vehicle. In just a few days later, I noticed something that did not sound right. I came back to the service department and they quickly took the vehicle and found the issue and took care of it. I especially appreciate the professionalism of Mr. Bryant, the service manager. He was attentive to my problem and quickly got me back in my vehicle going again. They are the BEST!

Had an appointment, checked in and was greeted by the service advisor and was waited on quickly. Had oil change and tires rotated. In and out in a little over 1 hour. Nice waiting area.

Matt Richardson was my point of contact throughout my repair. He kept me updated and informed during the repair process. He was extremely helpful and very patient with my questions. Very thankful for the team at Dobbs Brothers chevrolet.

My experience with this dealership has been highly unsatisfactory and unprofessional. The vehicles appear to be priced significantly above their actual value, and the after-sales service has been disappointing. Since purchasing my car, I have encountered ongoing issues from the very first day. When I brought the vehicle in for inspection and repairs, my concerns were not properly addressed, and I was repeatedly informed that everything was functioning correctly without any meaningful evaluation or resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership, particularly for those considering purchasing a used vehicle.

It’s rare to find honest mechanics. And let me tell you, they could’ve definitely screwed me here, but they did not …long story short. I had a scratch on the bumper, also the same spot where the bad sensor was so I was anticipating them to blame the scratch for the reason of the sensor and hit me with a extensive bill, but they did not. They were honest, operated with integrity and overall I’m very happy with the service.
