  Just about every time I come through I only ever see the younger guy running around doing everything while everyone else just stands around or smoking. I asked one day who the manager was & the young man pointed him out to me saying his name was John, this is the same guy I tend to see walking around with a pipe and wreaking of weed. The wash itself seems to do pretty good though!

  Went in for the first time today to try out the basic wash and left underwhelmed. When I pulled in, there was an attendant there to help me with purchasing the wash. Upon entering the bay, he started spraying the driver side with what I assume is prewash soap but there was nobody spraying the passenger side. During the wash, the brushes pushed in my passenger mirror and when I got out to fix it, there was still a fil of dust down the side of my vehicle. I paid $12 for what I could have done with the hose and I'm not happy about it. I do not plan on returning.

  C.J.Gardner greeted me with a smile, then helped me through the selection process. The crew was great and my truck got a good clean shine. I will be back. Thank you Zips car wash.

  Got lied to last month, we got offered a $10 membership that we had to renew monthly. Or so he said. Now we’re getting money taken out of our account without us even renewing it. I’ve had a friend work for Zips before…we know how this works and it’s definitely not like this. Hope y'all are ready for a phone call today. 🙂

  Horrible experience. I literally bought a Ford Explorer yesterday today i go to the car wash went in with no scratch on my new car now I have scratch on my new vehicle im so disappointed and I would have got the monthly membership if I had been offer i am glad the man didn't offer super upset now I have to spend more money to get the scratch out my car let me also add there was soap still on my new car still wet.
