When I had my oil changed I asked them to leave my oil a quart low so I could add a quart of my own additive. When I opened my hood to add my additive I found my oil dip stick sitting on my radiator. Luckily I hadn't driven very far and hadn't either lost the dipstick or any oil. I went back to the location and showed them that they had forgot to replace the dipstick

I go to have a simple oil change. I sat there watching them cause I knew what they were suppose to be checking. I watched them check my battery then pull my filter put wiper fluid in but that was it. The guy walks over to me tells me the manager will be right with me that he was doing a new hire so I waited he came over charged me 85 dollars and some change I had a coupon making it 63 dollars and some change. He hands me the piece of paper saying everything checked out good they showed me my air filter asked if i wanted to replace with new one for 27 and some change I said no of course u can buy those for way cheaper at Walmart. So I sat there and noone was checking any fluids I could feel my car being worked on from the bottom. Then I see this giy bringing a blue gas jug and a funnel out and he proceeds to put whatever was in that jug in my car and it didn't look like 4 quarts either of what supposed to have been oil. I then asked another employee cause by then the manger took off if he could check my antifreeze cause I didn't see them check it he goes over there puts a flash light down there and comes bk over and said i topped it off for u no he didn't he looked at it and it must have not needed any. Any way I asked about my tires at this point he said yea I will check them I said we'll the paper said they were checked but my tire light is still on so he opened my car door and looked to see what the pressure was suppose to be and it said 33 and 32 so he comes back and says he fixed it said he put 32 in it like the paper said but mind u the door said 33 and 32 I said my light is still on. He said well u need to drive it for a mile and it will go off. ok but will it go off since u didn't put the required amount of air in the tire no it will not. I had asked to see my old oil but they said i couldnt show me so I asked why didn't I see the old oil drain out of the top like the man's next to me did. They said they did the tradional oil change and drained it from the bottom. well if u did that then u should have oil in a pan from where u caught the oil. So I should get to see my old oil. Now what was that they put in my car cause i never seen them open up a bottle of oil to put in my car. Whatever it was came from a blue gas jug. BAD EXPERIENCE AND I PRAY THAT NOTHING HAPPENS TO MY CAR. WE PAY FOR THE SERVICE OF A OIL CHANGE THOSE OTHER EXTRA FLUID CHECKS And TIRE PRESSURE COMES WITH THAT SERVICE AND WE HAS CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO TRUST VAVOLINE WHEN IT COMES TO THIS FOR THEM TO TREAT US RIGHT FOR THE SERVICES THEY OFFER. Now im worried afraid my oil was never changed or they put used oil in my car. Lets hope they did right underneath the car cause i couldnt see that part of the service but i am having it checked.

Will not be back.I was in bay for 37 minutes for oil change.Asked tech why vac pump to remove oil was not used. Was told both vac pumps were broke. Was asked who changed my oil prior to this visit because they over tightened drain plug.Well, that would be you guys.Asked if air pressure was checked in tires as I never noticed it being done. Was told yes.WRONG! I had to return after I discovered that was not true. One tire was 6lbs low.Watched tech remove dip stick, hold it upside down till oil level touched fill line before showing me.One tech even told me some employees are untrained and learn on the job.REALLY! This is one place i definitely will not return to.

Mr. Fisher and his crew at this location certainly know their stuff. They're fast, friendly, and efficient. If you're in need of an oil change, these are the guys that you definitely want taking care of that for you because they are top notch and get the job done timely and with a smile. It's a pleasure to bring your vehicle in and you really feel appreciated when you're pulling out to get back on the road. These guys really know their stuff. Check for coupons. There are several available which makes this affordable roughly $80 for a standard oil change and you can't beat that nowadays. The facility is in great shape, attractive from the roadside and well kept. Mr. Fisher runs a great crew and he should be promoted and that team given a 10% raise for professional attitude and the jobs well done that's reflected in their hard work.
