Intoxolock is thr worst device. It gives false positive and give incorrect information will will add years to your device extension. Customer service is horrible. They will not help you. They hang up on you frequently. I feel it's designed for one to never get this off their vehicle. You get locked out to no fault of your own then have to have it towed. Constantly having to have it recallibrated besides monthy apps which just adds expensive and insult to injury. I have contacted Daniel who take take of poor reviews and so far has been no help to me. Due to their device I now have an extra year added to have this device and likely more years due to their faulty equipment. Do not use them. Read reviews and take the warning. There are other devices with much better reviews

I am very disappointed that this place has limited open days... if offering this type of service, they should be open at least 5 days a week; really should be at least 6 days a week. Rest assured, I will NOT be using this facility in the future for ANY services they may offer

The people installing the device were great. Just don't like the product. First of all I am a smoker and don't have that much lung power, second is you shouldn't be using it while driving. It'll cause an accident.
