  I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the knowledgeable staff at the Ashland City Auto Zone. We were on our way to a concert in Nashville (from Murray, KY) when our engine light started blinking, traction control light came on and the car lost speed and began to shudder. We really thought the concert was going to be a loss and the bill expensive. We were able to make it to Ashland City's Auto Zone where their staff was able to run the codes and determine we had a misfire in cylinder 3. With their help (I had never dealt with this problem on this type of car before), their handy tools and in-stock parts, we were able to change out the spark plug and ignition coil right there in the parking lot and get back on our way to Nashville with little time lost. Needless to say, had they not been there, we might have incurred a hefty tow bill and missed our show. Thank you to their staff so much!
