My company switched company credit cards and I have yet to be able to get a person in their customer service billing department to speak to me to change cards and now they have charged the old card and I have an expense reporting mess on my hands. Their customer service is horrible. When you call the recording simply say they are experiencing high call volume and to try their website 3 times then hangs up on you. And their website is not easy to navigate.
