I had the top tier membership, and i would go quite often, but i never received a prewash rinse, the soap doesn’t dispense half the time, some of the spinning scrubbers on the passenger side don’t work, and the tore scrubbers seem to be useless. My truck leaves dirty the majority of the time and I an extremely disappointed. I cancelled my membership and I found a much better wash for $5 less a month
