Fui a hacer una entrega de Uber Eats cerca y decidí aprovechar para lavar mi carro. Al llegar, el empleado de la entrada me dijo que mi chip no funcionaba. Le expliqué que ayer mismo había lavado mi carro sin problema y que pago mi membresía todos los meses, así que pedí intentar nuevamente. El empleado revisó en una tablet y me dijo que mi chip “no existía” y que simplemente me fuera. Di la vuelta para intentar otra vez y cuando regresé me habló de forma muy grosera diciéndome: “te dije que no funciona, simplemente vete”. Lo más sorprendente es que después de eso pude entrar sin ningún problema porque mi membresía sí estaba activa y el sistema sí funcionó. Aun así, no recibí ninguna disculpa. Al contrario, el empleado se rió y le dijo a otro trabajador que yo estaba “loca”. Es muy decepcionante que a un cliente que paga su membresía mensualmente se le trate con tanta falta de respeto. El problema no fue el sistema, fue la actitud del personal. La gerencia debería prestar más atención al trato que reciben los clientes.
