    So the first day getting the car, there were a bit of bumps in the road as I was trying to get my card attached to the account but the return process was so smooth. I returned it back to caliber collision and had some worries so I gave enterprise a call— just to also let them know about the return and any other questions that I may have had, and Zack was so helpful(I really hope that was his name). He was able to resolve any issues or concerns I had and put my mind at ease, he was also just really sweet and light hearted as well. I do want to thank the whole enterprise staff for being patient with me and helping me during this hard time, it truly means a lot. Being able to have such a team support me throughout this whole process made me feel like I had one less thing to think about. So thank you!

    If I could leave NEGATIVE stars, I would. This Antioch location is a joke! You have young guys running a business with limited perspective into customer satisfaction or a service recovery experience/ model. First off, I get a call the day of my reservation asking if I could come in earlier with the potential to upgrade free-of-charge to a larger SUV such as a Wagoneer, etc. (great, right bc I had reserved a mini-van) as they had an excess available. Ok cool, I tell them I’ll be there as soon as possible… I get there 2-3 hrs later & inquire about still getting into the Wagoneer mind you there’s still some visible on the lot. I walk inside to check in, inquiring about the SUV option, & am shut down by Corey. He wasn’t rude but was point blank forward and didn’t entertain the offer he had called about earlier by phone. Ok cool, no worries… I’ll take what I reserved but felt some type of way in being offered a contingency deal. In rushing to get there, I realized I didn’t have the physical credit card I wanted to put my charges on bc who doesn’t accept TAP/ Apple Pay nowadays?! Since they said they didn’t take TAP to pay, I asked if they could manually enter the card #. Was told no by Corey. I asked if he could double check, he said he was sure that they couldn’t. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, to double check this process and was informed that he was the manager… a bit frustrating but what can I do? I place my debit card in order to pick up the reservation but asked if I could switch cards at pickup & was told yes, just make the service rep aware that this is what I wanted to do BEFORE handing over the keys and the ticket is closed out. Fast forward a week, I’m walking inside to return the rental. I have had the physical card overnighted to me for the sole purpose of having the charges switched from my debit card to my credit card. First thing I say “I’m here to return my rental AND need to switch my card on file to this one” (slides credit card across counter. Associate says cool, I’ll go ahead & refund that original amount & email you the paperwork so you’re good to go. I’m confused at the statement so I reiterate & ask “do you not need my physical card to put it on this one?” He replies no as the refund will be sent to the original card on file. I ask for clarification again & see the associate that checked me in the other day. Out of frustration, I look over and see Corey cowardly trying not to peer over & get involved in the process so I go ahead & call him into the conversation & ask him to please explain what he told me a week ago. Long story short, the associate that closed me out didn’t know he could switch cards and had already processed (closed out) my rental transaction. I get that his hands may be tied at this point but working in the service industry myself, I ALWAYS go the extra mile to at least INQUIRE at the next higher level to see if there’s anything I can do to resolve the issue at hand given the circumstances. A simple inquiry to the next level manager or a phone call would have done more diligence than a half-assed “I’m sorry…” followed by Corey just holding his head down, waiting for me to leave the counter. I asked them to refund the transaction and then charge my other card but was told it was out of their system. Now I have to sit on the phone with Enterprise tomorrow morning for further resolution as I did NOT authorize final charges on that intimate charges
