  Feb 19th- Thursday night at 8:45pm. My mom, my son and myself were just leaving a hockey game- we aren’t from the area- we pulled up to this Auto Zone in desperate need of oil for our 2016 Suburban. It looked like the store was getting ready to close for the night. . Well, we think it was the manager, but not sure- whoever this employee is- he was awesome. So helpful - so friendly- so kind- he got us exactly what we needed- oil funnel and all! Mom even gave him a hug when we were leaving! Thank you to this guy for all of your kindness and help! If we are ever in the area and need auto help again, we will definitely be by! Made our day!

  Parker did an exceptional job changing my car battery. Made sure I understood what he was doing and took his time even tho it was cold outside.

  I went to the closest autozone to me when my car wouldn’t start after jumping it and asked them first if they could install a battery if I bought it there. They said yes so I purchased a battery from them. I’m not sure if they said yes nonchalantly cause they weren’t really listening or out of habit so I’ll give them that. But after I paid and everything they asked me if I had someone to install it and so I said no, I thought you guys said you could and they said no it’s cold outside. We’re busy. There were three people at the register and maybe 1 or 2 people behind me. If you could not install it please say it at the beginning and not after a purchase, I went to a different autozone and they installed it for me quick and easy no problem.

  1 star. Horrible service. The employees barely wanted to talk, were whispering like they were annoyed I was even there, and acted rude the whole time. It felt like a “buy it or leave” attitude instead of helping a customer. I came in ready to purchase, but they showed zero effort to assist or communicate. I have shopped at AutoZone many times before and this was easily the worst experience. Management should address the customer service at this location.

  Sparkles really helped me, very knowledgeable and great customer service. She even called 2 differnt competitors to see if they could get a part that is no longer available. Thanks to her, I'll be able to get my baby up and running. That to me is truly going beyond taking care of customers. Thank you AutoZone for having people like Sparkles.
