  Overall my rental was ok. I've been renting with National every week for about 3 years now throughout the United States and Canada. This was my first time to Tennessee. The main reason I only gave 2 stars is because of a National car rental employee named Richard. Even though it was my first time returning at TYS, I understand the procedure of returning rental cars at any facility. Anyhow, Richard was waving me into a lane but also simultaneously waving me away from the return lane which somewhat confused me. Anyhow, when I finally figured out what he was intending to gesture, I followed his instruction. Here's my 'complaint'. It was NOT necessary for him to visually get upset making crude faces and 'stronger' hand gestures showing that he got upset. Upon exiting my vehicle, he used a snide tone with me. I have thick skin, but I'm surprised Richard was like this because in all my years renting with National, this is my first time dealing with a National car rental employee that behaves in this manner. Unfortunately, I'm returning to TYS next week and our corporate only rents with National. Everyone else in Tennessee was great, except for Richard.
