- KBKendra BMar 14, 20264.0Today I got the triple flow package for $269.99 even though the price has gone up, they honored what I was told on the phone. I also got my spark plugs replaced which was pricey, but competitive with other places in the area. Since I just got new tires, I also opted for the 5-year alignment deal, which will save me money in the long run. Although I had an appointment and got there early, it still took over 2 hours to get everything done, which I guess is reasonable for a busy Saturday. All in all it was a good experience and I'm sure I'll use them again in the future. I took a star off because the bathroom was dirty and there was no soap. He did replace the soap for me, though. 😁

The gentleman was very heartfelt and concerned, he said he will make sure he addresses the matter and will work on getting the staff properly trained. It will take a little time but if you use them and they do a good job please leave the appropriate review... all businesses hit speed bumps. ALL OF THE STAFF NEEDS FIRED! SAVE YOURSELF!!! Not capable of performing a basic alignment had to leave and take it to Hayes. Last attempt was to break down, rotate and balance 4 tires on a dually truck. 5 attempts later every thing is wrong and they damaged 2 wheels.
- CGCijay GarnerFeb 20, 20262.0Man we bought tires and got the package with the alignment and oil change tires and alignment went great but mike (sales manager) gives me his card with his name and “one free oil change” written across it for me to finally schedule this oil change to hear its “free for 5 quarts” which when i got my tires they knew it was a diesel and at no time until day of was i told the real stipulation but it just really rubbed me wrong to hear for days oh its free to have in writing its a free oil change not a free 5qts

Even if you find tires a bit cheaper else where you can't beat the free alignment and oil change you get at Tire Discounters. Greg the store manager and Mike the service manager went above and beyond with their customer service. The mechanics there are amazing as well. Thank you guys
