Made it three mile to Tire Discounters and the crew there went above and beyond to get me back up and going. I can’t say enough about Daniel and his crew. Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very accommodating. Me, my wife and friends were back up and rolling in no time. Daniel and his crew definitely saved the trip. - TGTee GNov 5, 20251.0Made online appointment for set of tires. Before scheduling it made me confirm I will be here at 3pm, they sent me a text that I am set for 3pm. I am here at 3pm after driving an hour and half only so the clerk can tell mean they don't have those in stock! Horrendous. Reached out to their 1800 number on website and could not get anyone on the line after 3 separate phone calls. At some point someone did pick up but it was for Auto Glass?! They transfered me back to same phone number again and I left voice mail. Someone called me, very nice guy, and said that higher ups will call me tomorrow. Steve just called me explaining how I need to learn what different availability statuses on the website mean, and extended explanation on why they didn't have the tires I was confirmed for. Also, he said that the store called me yesterday to tell me this but they couldn't reach me. Absolutely nobody called me yesterday! Imagine you need to do a warranty claim?! Would not trust anything this place pushes!

They didn't charge us anything for plugging the tire and that was an awesome blessing because we were running low on funds due to our dog having a brain tumor and we had been to the vet prior to this. They didn't know we were low on money and I would have gladly paid but the manager said there would be no charge. GOD IS GOOD!
