Note the employees are very nice and willing to accommodate if possible. However the vehicles we were given are definitely not something I would have been happy with had I had to pay for the rental. Every vehicle except 1 smelled horrible inside whether it was cigarette smoke, cigar smoke or animal urine. The windows all had to be cleaned inside and out for good visibility. And the Chevy Malibu was damaged horrible along with the Mitsubishi mirage. Malibu had a check engine light come on as well and with low mileage it just shows the quality is sub par. Obviously if I had to pay for these vehicles I would have been very upset. But I didn't so I sucked it up. Next time I rent 1 on my own I will pitch a fit if it is like these. They should comp extra days automatically if the vehicles are poorly cared for

Gone are the days of simple basic human decency and customer service. 2nd time we have had to come to this Enterprise and they seem to always be short on inventory even though they literally have another lot across the street at the airport. Thank you Nathan (the flipping branch manager)!!!! For the worst experience and also if anyone else wants to see what you can expect when you visit them..... this is the vehicle they were going to give me smelling like a pack of menthol 100s and a bag of Fritos.......
