I called and getting a replacement has been a nightmare. Nobody with this company has been on the same page. I have to take time from my vacation to go switch cars. It’s a joke. Go to hertz. Enterprise won’t accommodate you. They don’t care if you’re stranded in the mountains. The road side assistance wants you to drive a car that has no power. Even though the other 3 dispatchers don’t. They tell you want you want to hear. You pay for premium suv but they won’t provide a replacement. I paid for premium. That’s what I want. Check engine lights and power loss isn’t a concern obviously.

Even the customer service rep said their company does this to customers often to charge a higher price to another customer. They'll consistently claim they have no vehicles available. Bad business

They never told us it was $60 per additional driver. (Good thing we only had one additional driver.) There were other expenses also they had not been up front about.

Local manager has some kind of policy requiring the driver to use a card with their name on it, so I was not able to keep it on the card used by our organization and had to use a personal card. While I was assured it would not be charged, ultimately the entire balance went on to my personal card. It would not have been so bad had my manager not predicted this would happen pretty much exactly like it did. The car’s forward right brake was also ground to the studs and mostly non-functional, so it’s good I didn’t have to use it on the interstate or anything…
