  Blair, Gant and Vito were a great bunch of young people. Truly. We haven't had the best of rental car experience from our local PSL Florida branch for vacation travel. Vehicles are not available for our reservations. We have been delayed for travel plans bc of this several times over the last 6 years. Another mistake was made but this location did the best they could! We appreciate that. We were able to get the Grand Wagoneer to fit our family and our luggage. We're a large size family of 9 plus. So we need two vehicles. Our family large SUV plus the large rental. Great personalities, Southern hospitality, genuine and kind employees at this branch. Being a busy airport branch, hopefully more customers will take the patient route and be more understanding. Employees are at the mercy of customers when they don't return the vehicles on time! This keeps happening to us unfortunately when renting the large SUVs. Ty Vito, Blair and Gant. Even though we're another almost whole day late to end our weekend in Tennessee We greatly appreciate you all.

  Renting a vehicle here is easy but our Durango was very dirty and had an unpleasant odor and a substantial amount of cat hair. I am allergic so we had to stop in at a another Enterprise location to change out the vehicle. Super inconvenient so check your car before you take it if you want a nice ride.

  Was difficult getting the vehicle out of the parking space? I got a big Silverado 4 / 4, and they had it parked in an underground parking structure. That is extremely tight if you're not experienced driving a truck or a large vehicle. This is going to be extremely difficult for you to get a vehicle in and out. Without side swiping, another vehicle and damaging both vehicles. There are several rental places in this area. There's nothing enterprise, national Avis, and a few others enterprise and national apparently work together as they didn't have the truck enterprise, but they ran over to national grabbed a set of keys when overturned it. I returned it to national and was instantly credited for my deposit of $400 in deposits. Normally 300 at any other place I've been for big truck like this. There it was 400I did get my deposit back promptly. Within a few minutes of dropping the truck off, which is a plus however, like I said, the parking structure is so tight in that area. I would honestly recommend probably going to another area to get a vehicle just because of the way that the parking is down there because you could easily damage vehicles and be responsible for them
