  Was difficult getting the vehicle out of the parking space? I got a big Silverado 4 / 4, and they had it parked in an underground parking structure. That is extremely tight if you're not experienced driving a truck or a large vehicle. This is going to be extremely difficult for you to get a vehicle in and out. Without side swiping, another vehicle and damaging both vehicles. There are several rental places in this area. There's nothing enterprise, national Avis, and a few others enterprise and national apparently work together as they didn't have the truck enterprise, but they ran over to national grabbed a set of keys when overturned it. I returned it to national and was instantly credited for my deposit of $400 in deposits. Normally 300 at any other place I've been for big truck like this. There it was 400I did get my deposit back promptly. Within a few minutes of dropping the truck off, which is a plus however, like I said, the parking structure is so tight in that area. I would honestly recommend probably going to another area to get a vehicle just because of the way that the parking is down there because you could easily damage vehicles and be responsible for them

  SO efficient, affordable, friendly, and easy to navigate from reservation to return. I was truly blown away by fast, easy, and friendly everyone was at pick up and return! Vehicle was very clean, ran great, and got amazing gas mileage. Highly recommend!

  The absolute worst. Go anywhere else. Used them frequently for work. After 4 negative experiences we won’t be using them anymore. BBQ sauce on the steering wheel, charged for a reserved SUV and given a sedan, less than 1/4 tank of gas, asked to wait while they get a car an oil change. If you need to be efficient and want what you’ve asked for avoid at all costs.

  I was charged for a midsized SUV but was given a compact SUV. The invoice confirms the same. They asked for feedback which I provided but there has been no contact from their side. I have learned a few valuable lessons while renting the car. I've rented before from other locations and if my booking class of car wasn't available I was given the upgrade always. No one downgrades.

  Who wants to have a rental car replaced on Thanksgiving? Noone so when my rental decided not to start this morning as we leave for the holiday. I immediately call Enterprise for help. The road side assistance was quick and efficient in getting my issues solved on a holiday. But thats another review. I had to go to this location at the airport due to the holiday and all other branches being closed. I dreaded this for obvious reasons but when I arrived the staff a female I wish I remembered her name was very helpful and understanding to my situation. She had me in an upgrade to my previous car and was very fast and courteous. She really made what was already a horrible situation that was not fault of her or Enterprise a better one. We made it to our family event late but present due to her and the Enterprise roadside service. Myself and my family appreciate it. Thank you.
