Called alamo told to go to national line, which was right next door, he was taking 1 national customer and then 1 alamo customer! When we FINALLY got to him to get our car, I said, why is there accelerated check in if it does nothing? He stared at me and then ROLLED HIS EYES at me. He was rude and nasty. All he said to me was "Give me your drivers license and credit card",no im sorry for your wait, Nothing. At that point if I didn't need a rental, I would have left. If you hate people, heres an option, DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Alamos needs to have people working at their desk, especially on a SATURDAY! Avoid like the Plague!

When I went to pick up the car I had to wait. Not a terrible amount of time. When I got the car it was freshly washed. Not dried. This may sound picky but I couldn’t see out the rear window or the side mirrors. It was a chilly night. When I left the garage the windows streamed up. Strange town to me. Difficult navigating safely.
