  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service at Alamo – Knoxville Airport I want to give a huge shout-out to Eddie at Alamo Car Rental at Knoxville Airport. From the moment I approached the counter, Eddie was absolutely amazing. He was professional, friendly, efficient, and genuinely kind — the kind of employee who instantly puts you at ease after a long trip. Eddie went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, explained everything clearly, and handled my rental with exceptional attention and care. It’s rare these days to encounter someone who truly enjoys helping people, and Eddie clearly does. He turned what could have been a routine rental experience into a pleasant and stress-free one. Because of Eddie, I would 100% rent from Alamo again at Knoxville Airport. He is a true asset to your team and absolutely deserves recognition. Thank you, Eddie, for the outstanding service!

  A mediocre experience at best. The car was smaller than I expected, but it was in good condition and drove well. The in-person agent at the TN airport was more interested in cracking jokes than explaining where our car was parked, and also indicated that I wasted 60 bucks on the insurance I bought on it. So overall, I won't be booking this through Expedia again (the only reason we chose Alamo and bought the insurance), and will use Enterprise or another company. Unless of course my next rental is fully comped. (Hint).

  Can not use debit card here if you have TN license and it does not matter if you are flying in from another state. Manager said people will get fired if they rent to someone with a TN license with an out of state flight and they only have a debit card. Although their website says "Renters using a debit card at an airport must show proof of a return flight or other travel itinerary and their driver's license must match their current home address (active-duty military are exempt). If you don't have a return ticket, you'll need a credit card to cover the rental and a $300-$400 deposit", which I showed my military ID. I also was flying back out of state. The manager didnt care to assist at all. He told me go and find an Uber. My family and I will never rent here again. I will be telling everyone I know about this experience with Alamo.
