I purchased an item in dyersburg and when it didn’t work I thought to go find help at this autozone in Alamo and got the complete opposite I was told I couldn’t return or swap it there because “the dyersburg store isn’t in our district” I was told to drive 45 min to another autozone to return an item. Well I called the managers boss and was told that was a complete lie turns out they didn’t wanna take it because it would hurt there bottom line. And accused me of being the one in the wrong! COMPLETE JOKE OF A MANAGER.
