- VSVictor Semugooma1 day ago1.0I am writing to formally demand resolution of an outstanding billing discrepancy related to a fuel transaction at your location. On the date in question, I prepaid $100 for fuel but only dispensed $33. Despite this, my card was charged the full $100. I immediately brought this issue to the attention of both the attendant and the manager on duty. Over the past seven months, I have made repeated attempts to resolve this matter; however, I have been met with ongoing delays, deflection, and no meaningful resolution. This situation is unacceptable. Retaining payment for goods not provided is inconsistent with consumer protection standards and may constitute an unfair business practice under The Consumer Protection and Business Practices Act. As a consumer in Saskatchewan, I am entitled to be charged only for goods actually received, and to have billing errors corrected within a reasonable timeframe. The continued failure to resolve this matter over an extended period demonstrates a lack of due diligence and accountability.
