  I had an excellent customer service experience. The staff at the Downtown Saskatoon Car Rental, 702 1st Ave N, were courteous, attentive, and demonstrated a strong commitment to resolving issues efficiently. They communicated clearly, remained professional throughout, and ensured that I felt supported and valued as a customer. When my pre-booked vehicle suddenly became unavailable (without prior notice), the team responded quickly by providing an immediate alternative. I especially appreciated that they honored the original booking price despite the change. Overall, the situation was handled professionally and efficiently, which made a potentially stressful experience smooth and satisfactory.
